The company Fyrstain <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fyrstain is a medical software interoperability consultancy specializing in the HL7\u00ae FHIR\u00ae standard<\/mark>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noticing a lack of knowledge in France about the standard, Luc Chatty created the company in 2022 in order to accompany companies and health structures in the paradigm shift caused by the arrival of the standard and the covid-19 crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because FHIR\u00ae is a paradigm shift, the strength of our team lies in the dual technical and business orientation of its collaborators, who benefit from medical experience at various levels.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>

Founder of Fyrstain and one of the first FHIR\u00ae certified experts in France, Luc Chatty is a biomedical engineer (Phelma engineering school) and HL7\u00ae FHIR\u00ae urban planner, recognised for his expertise in the field of healthcare interoperability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As French ambassador for the Hospitals-on-FHIR community, he helps bring together European healthcare institutions using the FHIR\u00ae standard. He also acts as a consultant for HL7 Europe on numerous European projects (Flute, XpanDH, IDEA4RC, the PHOENIX acceleration initiative for oncology, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), Fyrstain is involved in several projects aimed at promoting and developing interoperability in healthcare: XiA (Xpanding Innovative Alliance), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fyrstain provides training in FHIR\u00ae, advises on and develops scalable FHIR\u00ae architectures tailored to the needs and requirements of healthcare establishments, e-health publishers and institutions. Luc has designed an architecture that is intended to be reusable and shared within the hospital community using FHIR\u00ae. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in Brittany, Luc is a convinced European and a committed player in e-health mutualisation in France and Europe.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

As a technical quality assurance expert, HL7 Europe consultant and contributor to several European projects, he is proficient in HL7\u00ae standards and IHE integration frameworks, enabling him to design reliable, sustainable solutions that comply with best practices.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

FHIR\u00ae consultant, Diogo is a graduate of the ISIS engineering school specialising in e-health. He works on FHIR modelling and specification based on business models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diogo contributes to the creation of implementation guides for our clients and also assists them in the creation of clinical knowledge artefacts, such as medical questionnaires and data conversions. Diogo contributes to the implementation of solutions that comply with the FHIR standard. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

An expert in FHIR\u00ae and CQL, Omar holds degrees in biotechnology (ENS Constantine) and biomedical informatics (Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9). He models and specifies FHIR\u00ae based on business models and contributes to the design and optimisation of clinical decision support systems and clinical quality measures, in accordance with clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). He supports our clients in the creation of clinical knowledge artefacts using HL7 CQL, such as decision support systems, clinical scores and statistics, care plans, study variables, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 9 years’ experience as a nurse in an oncology and emergency room. Thomas began a reconversion to web and mobile web development. He joined the company as a designer and developer of FHIR applications and their specifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, she supports the team with administrative, financial and human resources management alongside Luc. Morgane plays an essential role in the day-to-day running of Fyrstain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
